NADRA is one of the fastest growing semi-government organizations of Pakistan. It has the reputation of being a first-class provider of modernized registration systems and quality solutions. Having specialized in developing an advanced and user-friendly system of registration and a data warehouse with support for multiple database management systems to be used by authorized users/feeder agencies, it ensures to keep up pace with the modern word, and to meet the demands of the clients.
Having achieved tremendous growth and success over the last couple of years, we have been able to provide affordable and quick registration solutions. NADRA has been putting up investments in both getting the state-or-the-art technology and the manpower to utilize it to its maximum, so as to expedite the process. We are an established and a pioneer organization that has been able to develop a repute of being proficient and capable, in a short span or time.
Development and Training
We organize various trainings for our technical support teams and management teams. Employees may be sent overseas, if necessary, for the training purposes. Each regular employee or even the interns are given individual attention and learning opportunity, well beyond the period of participation, which goes down and brings forth the genuine affection and the allegiance of a person.
NADRA is handling on projects of national strategic importance, with its infrastructure spread all over Pakistan. Each directorate/department of NADRA has staff which is fully equipped to handle the latest technology. We are especially proud of the detailed, yet user friendly procedures and systems, developed over the years, and have employed Oracle-based management systems, to ensure that the entire operation runs smoothly at every level and glitches of any kind are minimized.

After an applicant has been hired by a specific directorate, is placed in some specified directorate for the special assignment. The candidate is then expected to fully understand the working methodology of the specific directorates, and are also thought to come up with innovative ideas that help drive their directorate, and in turn NADRA forward.
